SpeedTree 4 LOD Billboard Remapping?

Hi all,

I have some quick questions- how would I remap the Billboard LOD for a Speedtree 4 file?

I've tried generating a new LOD for the file, but the mapping is all wrong.

Also, in the case that there is no original billboard mapping, how would I add it?
