Problem to export 3dmodel

Question

Hi everyone! :)

I'm starting to make a new map and I wanted to export 3d models.
I have a problem with alpha. Everything looks good at World editor. In the game, no: /
Why?
In Photoshop I select the alpha channel and write tex in dds format - DXT3 / explicit alpha + generate mip maps
In 3dsmax, I transfer to Opacity and set up mono channel output - alpha and alpha source - image alpha.

What can I do wrong? : /
