Cannot open another channels

Hello Devs

I have problem with my serverfiles, i just installed them i tryed to start ch1 was working fine but when i started another channels there was problem with them here you can see syserr ( i have 3 GB Ram on server)

Ch2 Syserr:

Please help me to open all channels!
