How i crypt with panama?¿

Hello guys, im using binary r28249 game 40250 (not selfmaded), and metin2filearchiver 3469.

 

When i compile with IV and i put in client i dont see anything compiled in the pack with IV anyone, can give me a good guide about how to encrypt with panama?¿
