This error says.. that your client cant find this file.
Try to use the center.tga from my attachment.

Be also sure that your loadingpath in title_system.py in the

line 238,

is correctly.

Rename bigletter to smalletter, like TitleSystem to titlesystem

Guys. Its sorted. My packer was not working properly so used different one.
