Protos failed.

Hello, I need 2014 protos with items for dragonsouls etc...

 

So I found french protos (here https://mega.co.nz/#!8loUBD4a!H325j8JkA2VBmDk3mLSKb_wQC_sOeDSZLhdO3tirHXc) I use vanilla core (TXT STARTUP = 1) and when I tried to connect, I got 0 error but I've got FDWATCH error. :
