Can't compile quest because dragon soul defines?

Hello,

I'm trying to compile a dragon soul quest starting with some defines, but I can't. Error: "x.quest must start with "quest". How can I still do it?

I've found something on the internet with pre_qc.py, but unfortunately I don't really find that on my serverfile.

Any idea how to compile it with the defines?
