LZO key

Guys I have a problem. I want to unpack client files but I couldn't find right LZO key. I've seen a lot of tutorials, but noone worked. So I have a question is there any other way to find it?

Probably because the server don't want its content to be ripped off ? By the way, it's forbidden to ask for things like this
