Using txt proto instead of sql

Hello devs...

My serverfiles are currently running with navicat(sql) as database(item_proto and mob_proto) , I want a way (guide) of using txt instead of navicat and i don't have config option for this , I do have source needs .

If you use 'Search'  you can see that there are many tutorial about this like TXT: 0/1 SQL: 0/1

I said my files doesn't have this ...

If you don't have source and at config there isn't an option about NoTXT then I am afraid you can't do anything rather than change files. If you have source then this tutorial is for you.
