Attack from mount

Do you know how to make a mount to can attack? because i can ride a mount but i cant attack when i ride it.
Someone told me its from client source but i dont know at which file and at which part of the file.

Server source: pvp.cpp -> bool CPVPManager::CanAttack(LPCHARACTER pkChr, LPCHARACTER pkVictim) -> switch( pkChr->GetMountVnum() )
