I have a problem designing maps 
server_attr is always black

I use Map Converter 1.4 By BlackYouk

server_attr is always black

For what do you need a map converter?
There is a simple tool called WorldEditor which has all the features in there.

+ I guess you mean the minimap which has absoluteley nothing to do with server_attr...

When I create server_attr by WorldEditor

Also appear black

Also how can I work minimap ?

then you just can`t implement a map properly.

Check both locale and root atlasinfo.txt
