Problem with Quest Categories

Hi guys, i added this system on my server: 

But i have one little problem. When i click here the system doesn't work properly,

If i click one time, the category opens, But if i re-click another time it doesn't close.

The strange thing is that if you click on the title of category, the system work perfectly. Have you a fix for that?
