How to change an item bonus from itemproto.txt?

Hello guys , i want to change bonuses from this item:

but i don't understand where to put values...

here is what i want to add:

20% Chance of Critical Hit

25% Chance of Piercing Hit(this is penetrate_pct)

Strong against Half Human +15%

+10 Strength
