attr_full_set - help me please

Hello guys, in my quest (welcome.quest).

When you creat a char and enter in the game you receive the first set.
But the sword and armor, come with stone of monsters and bonus +7.
When i change this?

I want the sword and the armor to go without the stone

In the quest:

pc.setqf("__FIRST__", 1)
			command("item_sds234wer12_item_full_set")
			command("item_sds234wer12_attr_full_set")

But when i change this command?
In the source or navicat?
