locale_en instead of local_tr

Hi guys, again 

I just wanted to ask you guys why my client open and then close instantly after I just translated and renamed locale_tr in locale_en?

I want to mention that it's only crashing if I remove locale_tr from my pack. If I keep this file everything's okay..

I changed my locale.cfg with "en" instead of "tr" but it's the same.

What I did wrong?

That is how path should look like in your locale file:

locale_en\locale\en

And this is the locale.cfg

10002 1252 en

And it still continues to crash, please post your syserr file.

Make sure that you didn't edited too much while translating , i mean other lines then text .

And see if you have some error in syserr and post it here.

You changed the name for the folder but you didn't changed it in files where the lines ask for specific things .

Go in locale/and change tr with en .

See if that works .

If you say you edited everywhere then it's strange .

Check one more time everything , especially locale_game.txt

And if you are crypting with syserr console post it here,

locale/tr/ui/serverlist.sub

Open all your .py files.

Search for /tr/ replace with /en/, save and re-pack them.

 

Look again at your locale.cfg.

Also look in client source at locale.cpp, if it isnt ignoring the locale.cfg.
