Can't create guild [40K]

As the title says, I can't create any guild, it gives me some errors in ch1's syserr: 

14 13:18:38.437366 :: EscapeString: FATAL ERROR!! not enough buffer size (dstSize 25 srcSize 13 src: 1313)
SYSERR: Jan 14 13:18:38.437586 :: DirectQuery: AsyncSQL::DirectQuery : mysql_query error: Unknown column 'name' in 'where clause'
query: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM guild WHERE name = ''

Anny solution?
