Offline shop -> Channel problem

[gummyantifi 2]

Hello,
I have a small problem with the refresh items in the offline shop.
CH99 (Here it's okay.)

I'm going to CH1 and there is an error.

Could anyone advise me how to fix it?

Thanks for any of your advice.
