Server Lag

I Downloaded A Server Files with a lot of problems 
But i Fixed it
Now Just THe Problem is Server Lag

i believe if u change it to a very good host you wont have lag problems. I think its your VMC it might not have enough ram or processing power.

Yes. If your system use swap, you have a serious problem of ram.

Find a new host with at last 2GB ram (for develope).
