player.item stuck

Hello everyone , i have a problem with proto,item : sometimes my player.item is crash.  And i belive the problem is in the photo:

When i try to repair EXTENDED i receive this error :

 

And when i try to repair QUICK , i solve and is working again for next 1-2 days ...

 

I try to repair extended after i repair quickly, but same error , some solution ?

you add sash system? or some system what need be edit player.player and player.item? i haved it problem.. solved problem - it empty player.item

Hm,, i have the sash system ... but i don`t thing this is the problem
