Problem acce + costume mount

Hey guys,

So i was wondering if somebody can tell me how to add costume mount beside acce.

I tried to add the costume mount that was released here but when i do that i can't equip shoulder sash and syerr is saying not so i am clueless.

So i hope that somebody can help me out here will be really appreciated (Like/Thanks will be given)
