Shoulder Sash is down my db ?

Hey , everyone

 

I put the shoulder sash system in my game,and after 15 minutes ONLINE ,the server is down.  I can`t understand why .. Only the login is down and in db i have "db.core" and if i`m in game i still play .. why ..

I try to read the db.core with a tutorial , and i receive :
