ROOT.EPK: Can't extract help?

Hello,

For some reason, i can't extract root.epk, 

I tried MasterEPack and i tried Eternexus both don't work.

In the first image, the program stops working, in the second image the program gives me an error

I really need help, im very noob at this so you guys have to explain me well.

Every archive is made from 2 files in your case the root. The root.epk is where the file are stored and the root.eix witch is an index to location of files in epk. You need bouth to be able to exract the packet. Or maybe the encryption key (lzo) is changed on that archive.
