Hi, just create the folder and add the quest in your locale_list like this: foldername/questname

Sure that your D:/ymir work is empty or renamed?

Just try my solution...

Clean up your d:/ymir work path (You might use it for Worldeditor) just rename it like ymir work_ with a underscore: ymir work_
