Just to clarify - I'm looking for someone to actually join the team help fix issues, launch and maintain. We can even sign a contract I have a lawyer for that. I'm not looking to just pay for fixes. 

I'm looking for a dev to join our team. Server is nearly done there are just some fixes that need to be done we had a dev but due to some "difference of opinion" we decided to go our separate ways. As I said above I don't think it's latest, latest version. It's a version from after some patch (I don't remember the name of the patch but it was some big patch with new content) around February/March. Unless we're talking about different people and there is another guy selling those files (lol) but either way I can pretty much guarantee Aeldra files are for sell.

As far as I know hes not. I know him and hes working on a different server. And he isn't the only person selling aeldra files. There are 3 people that I know of that sell files and yes one of them is Flourine.

Well I don't really care about Aeldra or any other server for that matter there is nothing interesting in those files and server was mediocre at best. But the files I've seen, seem to be dumped this year about February right after some big update that happen around that time.

How do you even get this bug? I have never seen it.

Aeldra files are for sell. Idk why this guy is lying.

1. If you are already modeling in a program, it is not a problem to model any model or convert an existing model to another format that you can program with in your program. (But then you still have to export it in autodesk for the plugin.)

2. If you're starting out, start with autodesk, it's probably the hardest, but also the most professional. As far as I know, unfortunately there is no plugin for blender and similar programs to convert from .gr2... At least not public.

3. Something about 2D... If you don't want to model, or not everything needs to be modeled, sometimes you just need to retexture existing stuff... So I recommend Photoshop + Paint.net (it's better than gimp and it remembers the position of the extracted pixel in the images, so you can easily repaint parts...) For app icons I recommend GreenFish, I have good experience with it... And as for how to color classic item icons, I have an interesting trick for that too, but I don't want to give it away..  Because not many peoples can make good icons... 

@Filachilla for number 2. You can convert models into fbx or obj and load them in blender and there is even a public plugin for .gr2 in blender on github. I have a private plugin that might work better but it's very much doable.

You are loading your models to 3ds max right? and export it them from there? If so all you need is to find old 2.6 exporter we used to use it very long time ago before source code went public. I remember first wom was using 40k game and granny 2.6 I even had the exporter and converter but that was like 10 years ago xD

You should be able to fix this in photoshop. You can use this guide.

I was gonna tell you it's waste of time at first but now I'm not sure. Your screenshot is just "bad".

I'm way more interested in this terrain texture looking so much better, and rough edges from the background are gone. That's a pretty big take away from this.

Don't wanna shit on marty I know hes skilled asf but trying to contact this guy with any queries you have more chance getting response from Santa himself.  I don't know about OSWAP coz I never worked with him, but comms with marty is mad difficult.

New things but not WOW like or something they need to be done in "asian" way like korean japanese objects,armors etc no flying dragons from Wow and shit.
