HORSE DIES WHEN WARP

Hey guys I have a problem with my horses, they die when I go to another map or do an relog, when I reveive then they die again after teleporting. I saw threads / posts like my problem but they dont say how they fixed it. I hope someone can explain step by step, maybe disable die function, im not good with c++. Thank you, Kind Regards.
