Metin2 Project Shell Manager

Hi, i was following this tutorial and i saw that at the "Start the Metin2 Project Server" step the link for "Using Metin2 Project Shell Manager" is dead and i cant download it. Any idea on where should i get it so i can continue with the tutorial?
