We are looking for a skilled developer capable of handling extensive work on a Metin2 private server. To enhance efficiency, our focus is on finding a single developer.
Even if you don't wish to act as the main developer, we would appreciate contacts from interested individuals who can implement or sell specific features or existing systems for us. Additionally, we are seeking other team members who can contribute to advancing the project. Specific requirements will be discussed privately.
Contact: You can reach us on Discord with the usernames "bluay08" or "naz_8899."
Requirements: To be considered as the main developer, the following prerequisites should be met. If there are uncertainties, we can discuss them.
Flawless coding in Python and C++
Experience with implementing weapons, armor, monsters, NPCs, and maps
Responsibility and the ability to handle constructive criticism
Quick identification and resolution of issues
Good communication skills and adherence to deadlines
Transparency regarding work progress
Willingness to work via remote desktop applications
Experience or openness in dealing with Git
Optional: Understanding of Lua and the ability to create error-free quests and dungeons
Optional: Knowledge of slicing Photoshop files
Responsibilities: As the main developer, you will develop, implement, and troubleshoot crucial systems, ensuring smooth interaction for players and team members.
Planned Systems and Changes: A selection of planned changes that need development will be discussed. This includes adjustments to the inventory, control of monster spawns, scaling of monster and NPC effects, improvements to monster behavior, increasing skill limits, configuring skills based on monster health, client optimization, and more.
Payment: Payment is based on the developer's skills and is provided monthly. Further details can be discussed.
Miscellaneous: Please send questions and criticism directly to us on Discord, "bluay08" or "naz8899." Discussions in the thread are not encouraged.
The team reserves the right to dismiss the main developer in case of code deficiencies or lack of communication.
