Hi!
We're trying to set up the server files of this post, using a fresh install of FreeBSD 13.2 64bit
It's looking promising so far, but when running the server we noticed this error in the syslog:
First this set of logs is spammed ~70 times in syslog:
Jun 10 21:20:12 :: PARTY Enable
Jun 10 21:20:12 :: PARTY Disable
Jun 10 21:20:12 :: SYSTEM: closing client socket. DESC #14
Jun 10 21:20:12 :: CLIENT_DESC [db_clientdesc] trying DBPacket() while not connected
Jun 10 21:20:13 :: CLIENT_DESC [db_clientdesc] trying DBPacket() while not connected
Jun 10 21:20:14 :: CLIENT_DESC [db_clientdesc] trying DBPacket() while not connected
Jun 10 21:20:15 :: SYSTEM: Trying to connect to 127.0.0.1:3306
Jun 10 21:20:15 :: SYSTEM: connected to server (fd 14, ptr 0x210dc400)
Jun 10 21:20:15 :: DB_SETUP current user 0 size 154
Then by the end there's this:
SYSERR: Jun 10 21:21:21 :: safe_create: calloc failed [12] Cannot allocate memory
SYSERR: Jun 10 21:21:21 :: buffer_new: calloc failed [12] Cannot allocate memory
We have 2GB of memory and it doesn't look like this happens because of allocated memory overflows.
When a mt2 client tries joining, it's stuck on `You'll be logged in soon` and never logs in.
Does anyone have any idea on why these could be happening? I'd really appreciate any help or clue!
