Hey everyone, hope y'all are doing well! I'm here to kinda dox myself I guess, in case anyone is interested in getting to know me I'm 25 years old from portugal and have been playing metin2 on and off ever since my childhood and have played probably over 50 private servers I work as devops remotely and legend has it my employer believes that means I am available 24/7... I joined this forum because, along with 2 mates, we are working on a metin2 server with a very different-than-usual gameplay. Gone is the time of grinding dungeons and metins for 12 hours a day, time to get some new activities going... Hello everyone, hope you are doing well! -> We’re excited to share that we’ve been working on a unique and innovative concept for a Metin2 server. This project includes several proprietary and unique systems designed to enhance gameplay. It’s a long-term endeavor, and if everything goes as planned, we aim to start the open testing phase by August 2025. -> To ensure the success of the project, we are looking for additional people to join our team. These positions will be compensated with a set percentage of the server's monthly revenue once it's live. Available Positions & Responsibilities: -> Community Manager: - Handling player feedback, ideas, and suggestions. - Brainstorming and sharing ideas with the team to improve mechanics and gameplay based on player input. - Handling GM/TGM applications. - Handling public relations and announcements. -> Game Admin: - Manage GMs/TGMs and assist them with their questions - Have a final say in escalated reports and/or complaints - Have a deep understanding of all game mechanics and logic (Not code-wise, but how it works in-game. We will obviously provide detailed explanation of all our new systems) - Act as a representative of the server during events -> Promotion Manager: - Manage and handle streamers and advertisers. ( This position may be expanded to managing google ads and extras if the person is experienced enough) -> Final Thoughts: - We are looking for individuals with previous experience in their designated areas of application. - If you’re interested, you can reply to this thread or reach out via private message here at Metin2 Dev. - We will not consider people with bad status on metin2 dev, nor will we consider new accounts.
