hi have a question. I want to call with the exe effects with the comment pc.send_effect_packet (3) but it does not work I can / do effect 3 and there comes a pott effect but not with the command in a quest

work the offical Client with this gamefile? only take root/locale & exe from dev Clienten? and can i unpack Offical Client with extract programm ?
