Getting started - source files, compilation, coding

Hello everyone, I have been playing metin2 for a lot of years now and recently I have gotten the motivation to set up my own server. I do have programming experience, however, I am not familiar with anything related to metin2. Could anyone assist with information about getting source files, compilation and adding new functionalities. Thank you in advance!
