VPS help

So I have a server on Virtual Box but I want to transfer the server to VPS. I have the serverfiles.vdi file but now how do I put it in my vps and what vps do I need? Where am looking to buy my vps they have the option to us FREE BSD VPS Do I select that? Someone guide me though I got skype and discord.
