Demon's Blacksmith

Hello metin2dev community! I need some help with the devil's tower Blacksmith. I need the blacksmith not to fail with any item. I'm trying to do that in char_item.cpp I checked the whole code but i don't know how to do that. I just need to change this blacksmith not the city's blacksmith I hope you can help me because I need that very much. Thanks everyone
