What i must do?

I have a problem with connection core....When i use /u or /w not working and i dont see the all players online, whisper (pm) dont work neither. The problem is core1, core2 and ch99 When i`m on ch99 and i whisper to a player on core2 is working When i`m on core1 and i whisper to a player on core2 or ch99 is tell me the player is offline This is my configuration core 1 core2 ch99
