Skill Bug - Server Drop

Hi community, i just got in trouble with a serverfiles. The problem is that wen ai activate the healing skill on shaman the server shuts down for few seconds. I tried to switch skill proto and staff but the problem remains the same. I would really appreciate if somebody could help me figure this out.
