​Yes, the problem is only with skills of wolfman, i can toggleable all skill excepts wolfman skills. And no syserr, and the skills of wolfman works and do the effect. Is binary the problem?

Do you know how to make a skill turnable on/off like that skill? (For example warrior strong body skill like sura's that skill in the first post) ​You can turn on/off in skilldesc,skilltable.txt. "TOGGLE". ​But make sure (or it'd be) to reduce the cooldown to 0.. Solved, the problem was mobproto.
