try moving EFFECT_TEMP above EFFECT_NUM in InstanceBase.h

I don't know when this came up, a beta player pointed it out to me. The last one was a Shining System from Tamashi but it's out.

You are just using the same value for two different effects, check your playersetting and the effect list in source
