Game not saving player info

My game build don't save player position and items.
My question is if someone know where is the function in game that save player info.

Firstly I recommend you to do a graceful db shutdown or just call the CClientManager::Quit() function to see what's going on with the cache when shutting down the server.

from this line I understand that the problem isn't the DB but the mysql server it's a 56 not 55 there is a line you have to adjust for the mysql-server56 search in the forums and you'll get your answer.
