Change the quest arrow

Hello guys , do you know if is possible to change that arrow above an npc when you have a quest with that effect?

PythonBackground.cpp -> find: std::string g_strEffectName = "d:/ymir work/effect/etc/direction/direction_land.mse"; or edit the mse file

So , if I take my effect and put it in that location , delete the original arrow effect and change it with my effect and then rename it , will work?
