Searching for WOM2 multi_language system

Is the multi_language system from World of Metin2 public? so yes can somebody post the link to it.

That is not like Metin2dev 

 

WOM2 has a "lang" directory with all languages here a screen:

EDIT: there are 3 files in each directory: (locale_game.txt, locale_interface.txt, locale_item.txt) locale_item is not necessary.
