Here there are two possible resolutions:

1) locale symlink is not done correctly.

2) Open Navicat -> Common -> Locale -> Germany             (Romania) (etc ....)   (Depends on what you share / locale / name_country)

It is corrupt or has information / wrong syntax entering conflicting and cause errors in server.

Solution: replace or verif this file

 

 

OR

 

It is caused because you do not have the locale symlink

Try to correct symlink to local: All channels, auth: D and r able to resolve all errors.

-cshybridcrypt_metin2_patch_w21_etc.dat
