Metin2 Mob_Proto.txt problem !

Hello guys, im creating an Metin2 Server atm so im working on it pretty much, and i came to a problem where the mobs do some strange DMG which i can't find where does it come from, they make 200/300/250 dmg and suddenly they hit me 3.5k - 5.5k / 7k where im with full eq and the mob is 40/50lvl which makes no sense i checked every mob_proto.txt file ( dmg_multiply,str,crit,penetrate ) its all normal and everything is under control there the dmg bug comes from another place, and suggestion how to fix it or where to look ?
