High mob demage

How can I somehow reduce the extremely high dmg, all the mobs don't matter, they die the same immediately, is there something from the source? I had those earth fire ice resistance bonuses, I just deleted them from item_attr so they don't fall anymore, but I suspect that even with those bns it still has no relevance, it's extremely big dmg, I already modified mob_proto but it has no effect.
