Autopatcher not working in my friends pc but working in everyone else's

Yesterday i configured an autopatcher so that i could run some tests without having to upload and people download everytime i do something

Autopatcher is working perfectly fine for 3 people but for 1 it's not working and giving this error 

It works for everyone else just not this guy, any idea ?

We does not know that language.

We does not know the patcher's code.

We does not know your firend's conditions like firewall and router settings and so.

Ps: If torent means torrent then it's not even an autopatcher but a torrent patcher.
