Hey guys i have a problem with translate..!!

eyery time i try to translate  the name of one item it apears like that https://metin2.download/picture/VArLhM4oJee2FYlrht5Nk2LX0Ertzvhq/.png  

is there any solution? my client is support  the language

Try changing the locale/xx/ to your region and the locale.cfg too .
