[FAST HELP]Big Lag on Server

What can provokes lag on game?(100-150players and cpu usage is more 50%)

PC is good but i have big lag and i think there is something wrong on the source.

is impossible files has a virus and this provokes lag? i don't know i am noob i need help.

could you help me?

I compile game on my pc with VB i don't know if it has matter.
