[BIG PROBLEM] Skill-Effect don't hits monster/character

If I do Bow-Skills or this warrior skill (in gif), it doesn't hit the monster or character.

Bei Ninjaskills & bei einem Kriegerskill (Schwertschlag) trifft die Fertigkeit nicht das Monster.
