Hey  if you are using 40k it's very easy to do that because your system already has ring type for items. If not you're gonna have to do it, sorry for the buzzkill :/

Anyway to add ring slots go to your locale/xx/ui and edit the inventorywindow.py - just change the "without_ring" to "with_ring" and uncomment the 2 lines about the specific slots.
