Hello dev comunity, I can't create a new character for about 30 seconds after I created another character.

I discovered this problem after I added a new character slot in account because I needed for the new official interface. I changed with the previous game and db before I added, I deleted the pid5 from navicat and I used the binary with 4 characters per account but I still have the same problem, so I don't think the problem is from the new interface and the recent modifies I made.

First think I did it was to put vnum_range for 112200 to 99 but that did not work

Then I tried to make a value 112210 and it refined but I have no client part for this value so it shows me like that
