  1. How do I get the BasePosition X Y? My Map has 0 Base Position for X and Y.
    The MapSize is 3 3
So how would I get the values for the BasePosition?
    I'm assuming to do this:
    If MapSize for 1  = 256

    Then 3 = 256x3 = 768 , right?

But then what do I multiply 768 by? any random number I want or what?

    Thank you in advance

  2. Hello, I wondering if someone knows the solution to these 2 questions..

So In my client folder I have a BGM folder like this:

But shouldn't my music be going to pack/bgm?
    https://metin2.download/picture/e3K9rYDi56NBcZIGaHxSa57O84nyqWw6/.png

Because when people receive updates how is the music going to go to their client/BGM?

Even when I try to add a new music for maps I have to put music in client/BGM and even for login screen music which is modified in musicinfo.py I have to put the music in client/BGM.

Otherwise what is the purpose of the pack/bgm? I'm so confused if someone knows about this and can help me to further understand this properly - I have been messing around for a long time on this 😞

I have been able to make a music continuously play from Login Screen > Select Character Screen > Loading Screen. But when the map loads new music plays.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the same music you give at Login Screen to keep playing even when the map loads. So no new music to play after map loads, but it should play the next music for whatever map I choose to teleport to next - if that makes sense. I can explain this again if it's not understandable.

    Thank you

Just open the .mse in World Editor. Once you did this, you will have to... well... make the effect you want with the icons you want.

For example the telephone one is comprised of a background, an icon, and a "signal" effect. Every effect is different. In the end, it mostly relies on your ability to create a .mse.

You can find the World Editor on the forum. We do not have any good tutorials for creating a .mse, so if you ever manage to create good effects, we will be happy to see you post a tutorial on the subtleties and the possibilities of the tool.

Great that's what I needed! And sure if I do manage to create some good ones I'll post a tutorial about it - no worries.

    thank you very much though

    cheers
